What is ITSMUtilities.com?
ITSM Utilities is a new resource for Administrators and Developers of IT Service Management (ITSM) products such as BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Etc. Our goal is to provide useful tools and services that help administrators and developers take on a more proactive role in supporting these enterprise environments.
Our initial offerings may focus on BMC Software products, as we have more than 20 years of experience in development and support of these products. As we expand, we will include additional contents specific to other software vendors such as ServiceNow, HP, Etc.
What is ITSM Utilities?
ITSM Utilities is a custom application that integrates with the BMC Action Request System (ARS) in the form of a Management Console. This console is a stand-alone customization and does not alter any out-of-the-box (OOTB) workflow or objects but can be further customized to meet the specific needs of your environment. The “Main” application console contains several modules (Tabs), each representing different tools.
In our initial release, the modules included are
